Rather than linking individuals into mentor pairs, we will be forming mentoring groups with two mentors and 6-8 mentees. Mentoring groups will meet when possible at meetings, and interact otherwise through email and scheduled phone conferences.

  Currently the mentoring groups are only accepting female mentees and only Ph.D students and beyond. However, we encourage you to participate in the discussions forums which are open to anyone. If you have further questions, please contact the webmaster who will forward your question to the appropriate person.
